Many of our items are not well suited for shipping however we will do our best to get you your items at a reasonable cost. See the product page form information about each item for sale. We can agree your specific needs according to your purchase.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Because every order is custom made to your request we would like the opportunity to address your concerns before returning the product for a refund. However, if you are still not satisfied you will have 30 days to return for a full refund of the Purchase Price only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
You will be responsible to return the item to the KOS Outdoor lighting at your cost.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund and initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We accept most credit cards, Paypal and personal checks.
